Hotel Sheraton in Salta
So hotel guests can enjoy a good night’s sleep

When it comes to the safety of its guests the 5-star Sheraton in Salta, Argentina, relies on fire alarm systems from Securiton. Securiton completed this high-profile project with the help of its Argentine partner CDSYS S.R.L. The Sheraton Salta is only a few blocks away from the city centre, in the heart of the famous Monumento district. With its prime location the Hotel offers panoramic views of the city of Salta, the Lerma Valley and the Andes beyond, from all of its rooms. The Hotel has a total of 145 rooms, including the Club Etage, six corner suites, three deluxe Terrace Suites and a Presidential Suite as well as a Casino.

The different areas of the Hotel required individual solutions. The universal aspiration smoke detector system ASD 516 was installed in the Casino’s dropped ceilings, virtually out of sight. Beam detectors had originally been planned for this area. A SecuriPro fire alarm system, complete with three computers with six lines and more than 500 fire detectors, makes up the core of the fire protection concept implemented in the guest bedrooms and the rest of the Hotel. The car deck was equipped with the linear heat detector ADW 511A Transafe.

Thanks to the full commitment of our partner CDSYS S.R.L. the Sheraton project was successfully completed. With tourism currently booming, several hotels are now under construction in Argentina, and we hope that this key reference project will help us secure many more such contracts.
